Who benefits most from BRIC membership? Who shouldn't really be a member?

Russia shouldnt be a BRIC- its growwth is largely based on high oil and gas prices. And its reserves are beginning to dwindle. Russia will struggle when its oil runs out or when the rest of the world moves away from oil and gas dependency
