I don't understand what is going on in this Romeo and Juliet Scene.?

I believe this is during the balcony scene. But basically, Juliet asking Romeo if he loves her. She doesn't want him to swear that she love her. She believes if that he swears he loves her, it will mean that he is not being truthful. She wants him to say that he loves her truthfully, from his own beliefs. She is also saying that she fell in love to easy and should have made it harder. She apologizes for saying the things on the balcony that Romeo overheard.
