Disney Tickets at the stands in orlando?

Does anyone know abut the places located all over orlando and kissimmee selling discounded tickets. I am not talking about the guys offering tickets for timeshares but selling them up right. Dose it work, I not asking about it moral status but if it works. thansk in advance
