No good pet food can come out of a grocery store?

I don't know where you got that crazy notion! Purina (the checker board brand) is a very good food and it's sold in grocery stores, discount stores such as Walmart, and I trust it for my dog so I am trying to understand your logic. You don't have to overpay for pet food from a pet store just to get a "high quality" pet food. I have heard horror stories about Iams pet food and that's sold in both grocery and pet stores like PetSmart and Petco too so your theory has no basis
