Do they teach "criminal justice and how to prevent it" in school's now?

All crimes be it serious or not, are treated as if they had done a goodwill gesture to the person they have violated.Punishment is a thing of the past, and if they get a number of years,, they get it reduced by fair means or foul... mostly foul.. ! So to the Guilty ones it is the way of life to them because they know if caught it will not matter, as they get free beds, food, and TV, and kept warm in the Winter,so it does not mean one iota, to them or to anyone they have killed,maimed or injured, because they get a cosy life of bed and roses, and nothing else matters.It makes my blood boil, when you think that the general public work damned hard all their life, while this type of person takes it off you., and never work a day in their life. there is something wrong here but none of us can do a damned thing about it, only listen to a judge giving out a sentence that does not even match the crime.
