What do you need to know for the e-2 navy boot camp written test?

I am a future sailor that leaves for boot camp 20110315 (March 15th 2011) I am going in as a Hospital Corpsman(HM) I know all my DEP S.T.A.R.T book info but I was wondering if there is anything else I should know. A lot of people say that I need to know Navy History but, there isn't any Navy History in my DEP S.T.A.R.T book. My goal is to come out of boot camp an E-3. Is there anything that can help me study for the E-2 written test? When I go to boot camp I want to be the AROC too; what does the job intel, do I need to know anything extra. I heard that you have to know cadences, will they teach me and if not are there any websites to learn this.(I would like to know some before I leave) I know there are a lot of questions but if you have any information on any of these topics it would be greatly appreciated.
