Which is more congested woolwich to bexleyheath?

I usually take the train to work, but as we've recently been relocated to upper brockley I've decided to drive as it's a bit closer to home. I can go by 2 roots, one through bexleyheath and the other through woolwhich/greenwhich. As I've never driven during rush hour, i'm just wondering which route is the most congested or most likely to have jams. thanks!
