What kind of graphics will this card get me?

It will run LOTR online on high. Other high end games (like far cry 2, crysis) will not run as well, the reason being that AGP does not provide a wide enough bandwith for intensive games. If you wanted a high power card, you would have to upgrade the motherboard to PCI express x16 based graphics.
