Your team for the most part is average you have a pretty good infield and outfield. You don't have a very deep bench though. I would try to pick up another 20 win RP pitcher and drop one of your weaker pitchers. I wouldn't trade anyone until the season starts because Johnson,and Aybar value will increase off the bench to get you someone.
