Is it really risky to exchange my USD to KWD/kuwait dinar for own profit?

US dollars can be exchanged upto a certain limit legally.. u are allowed exchange only upto certain limit... if u want to trade in that i mean to say if u want to earn profit by trading them at the right time then u need to approach a reliable forex centre and ask them for illegal US dollars.. i.e. they are not issued on ur pport.. u have to pay extra to avail that facility as riskexpense.. there i snot such risk in that but u cannot transfer through ur account or bank.. better do it in cash and donot show in any of ur records...
