Is calling Mohammed a teddy bear any different to calling a teddy bear Mohammed respect-wise?

Here's why this is disrespectful....Let's say I have a pet snake, do you care of i name it your mom's name? Or a worm and something lowly and call it your mom's name...I would not like that. I would not want someone to call a snake Jesus.
