Cat keeps peeing in different locations other than the litter box?

Hitting your cat (advice from someone else) is not the answer. Anytime indiscriminate urination happens, there is a reason. The first rule is to take her to the vet and make sure she doesn't have an infection - the longer you wait, the worse it will get, and it will cost you more if she needs more medication or to be hospitalized.
